Now available - Moldex3D 2022 R2 Patch 1

ESPECIALLY FOR OUR USERS

Cleverly thought-through! We are pleased to provide you, our customers, with the latest Moldex3D 2022 R2 Patch 1, which is available from now on. Look forward to small, yet smart and significant refinements that will enable you to run time-saving, smooth and target-oriented simulations.

Some of the highlights in the current patch include essential improvements in terms of performance and handling. For example, the risk of divergence when calculating a model with nozzle control in parallel is significantly reduced whilst the stability of Moldex3D Studio when importing MDG files is increased many times over.

Naturally, the new features and optimizations of the Moldex3D 2022 R2 version are still available to the user. These for one, include significant changes in terms of the solver and the pre & post processor, which promise faster and more precise calculations. Furthermore, new advanced measurement tools have been implemented to acquire timely physical information of points and planes with recently added probe and cross-section measurement tools, which allows to track core problems even when having complex product designs. Another interesting improvement available is the totally new non-linear warpage solver allowing to calculate effects like buckling. Those new results enable the user to analyze the root cause of the local deformation. Additionally, the automatic report generation has been extended by several functions, so that individual result views for single results and comparisons with up to 3 runs are now possible. Regarding machine response one can now take an in-depth look into the barrel. Hence, it is possible to simulate temperature and pressure changes within a new plastification analysis, which considers barrel and screw geometry and their movement to find optimal parameter setting and geometric structure design.

Increase the quality prediction of your components.
Look forward to Moldex3D 2022 R2 Patch 1!
