Free webinar – Mold compensation method

Start of the event:
07:00 p.m. (MESZ Berlin)
01:00 p.m. (EDT, North Carolina)
12:00 a.m. (ICT, Bangkok)

Mold compensation method is one of the most common ways to overcome shrinkage. As the part will naturally shrink, finding the number of the compensation is the critical key of this method. By using Moldex3D, process of designing the mold become much faster since the simulation replaces the traditional trial-and-error method. Collecting the necessary and correct data is the most important step before running the simulation because they could minimize the potential problem and determine the success of simulation to get the correct mold compensation. In this webinar, you will learn the step by step of mold compensation method, from what data are necessary to be collected, how to prepare the mesh and process setting, until the result comparison.

Additonally, we explain the following:
_ which data is required!
_ how meshing is optimally prepared
_ correct process settings
_ the comparison of results
